Expanded from the generic cookie-cutter bungalow, 2 wings were introduced to the old layout, flanking the original double volume space of the living + dining which was retained to maintain the flavor yesteryears as the owner grew up in this very structure. To shed the 2 new wings + the extended living, a stretched + extended brise-soleil resembling a Visor is introduced not only to address the climatical challenges, but also as a privacy device.
