This residential enclave is like a sanctuary, surrounded by the forest, drove us to design individual looking style of a cottage suited to the local climate & factors. The steel props were meant to support the extra roof overhang ensuring water tightness. Many elements within this scheme reflects on the vernacular Kampung setting deriving inspiration from patios, platforms + panels, set-ins + climate optimization.
